Move wheels from paint stand to rack, using hoist if needed. Manually move full rack into oven for baking cycle. Following baking cycle and cool-down, apply masking tape on each wheel to cover holes (e.
g. holes for bolts). Return wheels individually to paint stand, using hoist if needed, and apply top-coat of paint using spray gun.
Visually check wheels to ensure paint job is complete. Move wheels from paint stand to rack a second time, using hoist if needed.
Manually move full rack again to oven for second baking cycle. Following cycle and cool-down, move wheels, using hoist if needed, to baskets and send to final assembly cell.
Work must be completed within specific timeframes depending on production schedules. Update related paperwork / work instructions including computer records upon completion of tasks.
Demonstrate safe work habits. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner. As a team member, demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems leading to continual process improvements and effectiveness of the team.

YOU MUST HAVE·
High School graduate or equivalent experience·
Due to Federal regulations, candidate must be either a US Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident·
2-3 years’ experience in industrial painting including using spinning paint stands and performing detailed painting jobs·
Math skills that demonstrate a basic understanding of arithmetic·
Basic reading and writing skills·
Proficient computer skillsWE VALUE·
Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures ·
Effective team contributor
Makes recommendations for improvement in processes·
Possesses solid teaming and communication skills·
